To get a FREE Pastry or Sweet at Panera you need to sign up for the Panera card breads program(click where it says “join now” at the top of their page). The FREE Pastry will be loaded on your card (image example). Simply present your card at your local Panera and you will get your FREE Pastry. You can check your “rewards” under “view my rewards” on the registration confirmation screen. You will be able to print your card out right away. Also for your Birthday you will get a Free Pastry loaded to your card, which is valid for 3 months.
